Some random thoughts about getting older

- One good thing about being our age is all the wisdom we’ve gained through the years.
Too bad that most of it has settled around our hips.

- We need to understand on some level that control is illusory.
It does not exist – particularly in the areas of hormones and hair.
We throw products and pharmaceuticals at them – yet they mock us in their insubordination.

- Who knew it was possible for eyebrows to migrate south ... to the sunny shores of our chin?

So the topic this week is about movies. Is there a movie out at the moment that you want to see? I am really wanting to go and see Tomorrow When the War Began. I remember really getting in to the books when I was younger, so much so that I read the series over and over again lol. It will be interesting to see how the movie compares to what I imagined when I read it.
