If anyone or any company (MS or otherwise) would like to sponsor the forum then drop me a PM. I'm thinking that the sponsoring company can have an advertisement running where the current 'donate' ad appears. Happy to discuss rates, lenght of promotion etc.

Alternatively, if anyone wants to help out with the running costs they can always use the 'Donate' button or take up some of the Offers!

Due to some people's userid seemingly disappearing I have jsut 'rebuilt' the member list. I'm not 100% sure what that functionality does but I;m hoping it fixes the issues.

Let me know if people are still having problems

A number of members reporting that the forum may be degenerating into back stabbing and insults recently.

I'd like to remind EVERYONE, from the 'Baby Members' to the 'Moderators', that the forum is supposed to be a helpful place. As such, we can expect both positive comments and negative comments regarding Mystery Shopping experiences but we do not expect (and will not tolerate) personal attacks and insults.

Anyone deemed to be attacking other members on a personal level, or making threats regarding work allocation, or any other offensive behaviour will haev their account terminated without notice. Again, this policy appklies to ALL forum members.

If you feel a members comments regarding a MS company are unjust then ask a representative of the company to give their side of the story. If you feel all you can do is insult someone, then don't bother to post at all.

Remember also that this forum is provided free of charge to all members at some expense to myself, so I'd like to think that its appreciated as being a useful resource, not a place to attack others.

You may have been receiving a bandwidth error for most of today. This is due to the number of new users we have to the forum and my hosting service limiting the amount of traffic I can handle. I've upgraded the service now so hopefully it won't happen again for a while. In actual fact its good news as it shows the forum is becoming more popular.

The hosting etc costs me money obviously but through people clicking on  the ads on the site I get some of that cash back so  I'm hoping I can continue offering the forum for free to everyone.

Hope the outage didn't cause anyone to gon into withdrawal..
