A number of members reporting that the forum may be degenerating into back stabbing and insults recently.

I'd like to remind EVERYONE, from the 'Baby Members' to the 'Moderators', that the forum is supposed to be a helpful place. As such, we can expect both positive comments and negative comments regarding Mystery Shopping experiences but we do not expect (and will not tolerate) personal attacks and insults.

Anyone deemed to be attacking other members on a personal level, or making threats regarding work allocation, or any other offensive behaviour will haev their account terminated without notice. Again, this policy appklies to ALL forum members.

If you feel a members comments regarding a MS company are unjust then ask a representative of the company to give their side of the story. If you feel all you can do is insult someone, then don't bother to post at all.

Remember also that this forum is provided free of charge to all members at some expense to myself, so I'd like to think that its appreciated as being a useful resource, not a place to attack others.
